This final week of the year is where we assess all that we did or didn't accomplish during the past twelve months and plan for the year ahead.
For me, it's also the week to go check my archives to see which posts/projects got the most views and made it to the top ten. This is something that I have been doing for years now and love to see what posts reached the top positions.
This year there aren't any big surprises on this list, perhaps because I didn't get into any major projects. However, this handful of projects stood out the most and was well-received because it consists of projects that would fit in any household. Fairly easy projects or home decor options that you can incorporate into your own home.
Let's take a look!!

10. PANTRY CABINET ORGANIZATION
I'm so happy to see this little project making it into the top ten because is one of those projects where you have to ask yourself why didn't do it earlier!
This messy little nook was transformed in a single afternoon. I went the easy way, buying a fully assembled cabinet that fit almost perfectly here.
The storage space was doubled immediately. 😉
9. MY SISTER'S DINING ROOM REVEAL
In January I traveled to my natal Colombia and there, along with my nephew we brought change to my sister's dining room.
This room's transformation is like night and day. Hard to believe this was a dark, crowded space.
8. GLAM BEDROOM MAKEOVER
There in Colombia I also makeover this bedroom for my niece Paula. I love the addition of the wallpaper, which paired with a set of pretty mirrors and a chandelier, gave this room a luxe feel.
7. A PARISIAN BEDROOM
The very first project this year was this Parisian bedroom makeover for one of my daughter's friends.
Another young lady was delighted with her new bedroom.
6. FALL HOME TOUR
It looks like you guys really love how my home looks during Fall. It's been at the top of the list for the past few years.
It might be all those yummy earthy tones. Yep. I love them!
5. BEDROOM FOR SUMMER
OK here comes another bedroom. Although, this wasn't a full makeover.
A tour of my bedroom sporting light, easy decor for the hot days of Summer. It was a very popular post.

4. IKEA RIBBA GALLERY WALL
This gallery wall was the main focal point in the Parisian bedroom. A very popular project, because it is a great way to fill a large wall in a renter's apartment. Yep. no damage to the walls.
3. DIY - BUILT-IN BUFFET
My sister's dining room makeover consisted of three or four main DIY projects. The biggest one, without any doubt, was this built-in buffet. It solved so many problems in this little room!
2. HOW TO GIVE FLOWER BEDS A SHARP EDGE
One task that I have to tackle early every single Spring is to give my flower beds a sharp edge.
An easy task that requires a single tool to take those flower beds to the next level.
1. HOW TO PAINT A MIRROR FRAME GOLD
Back again to the Parisian bedroom, one more project that not only made it to the top ten but also got that coveted first spot was this pretty mirror in all its gold glory!
