Hello there!
I have been OBSESSED with succulent plants recently! Don't you just love how they bring life to any room while being easy to care for?
I lean more towards having a brown thumb, except when dealing with succulents, I love them, and it seems as if they love me too! Imagine my surprise when I saw TONS of cute little succulent plants tucked away in one gorgeous greenhouse. Well, let me show you around this quaint space so you can fall in love too.I ran into this cute succulent greenhouse on one of my Covid-boredom trips last fall. Lucketts is one of my favorite stores for antiques, vintage home goods, and inspiration. I have visited this store regularly over the years, but it was the first time spotting this cute greenhouse.

Upon noticing this shabby little building, I ran over to investigate and was amazed at what I saw through the glass door. You can also check a little video tour of this pretty greenhouse at the end of this story.
WOW! It felt like I had gone to succulent heaven! There were so many varieties in one spot that I couldn't contain myself.
After the initial shock, I opened the door and invited myself in. I wanted to take a picture of every single little succulent in there.
Succulents are so pretty with their vibrant colors. They also pack a punch in the texture department. The needles, bumps, and funky forms of each add a lot of character to any area.
And on top of that, succulents are little troopers. They can withstand my daughter "taking care of them" while I'm away, and they won't turn into dust :)
They are drought tolerant, easy to take care of, and even withstand low or harsh lighting conditions (depending on the variety).
Some of the most popular succulent varieties on the market are:
- Violet Queen
- Aloe Vera
- Horse's teeth
- Jelly Bean
- Nodulosa
- Echeveria
- Aeonium
- Senecio
- Haworthia
- Portulaca
- Donkey Tail
- String of Pearls
- Zebra
- White Rose
- Minima
- Giant Watch Chain
- Tiger Jade
- Dwarf Jade
- Pachyphyllum
- Crassula
Well, I'm sure there are hundreds more to add to this list!
Oh and those planters are a cute sight too.
I hope you've enjoyed touring this pretty succulent greenhouse as much as I did. Is building/having a greenhouse there in your future plans?
Let's take a little video tour!!
Wonderful!
