I'm guessing most of us will spend this summer at home. Why not make it a casual and memorable summer right there in the comforts of our own homes!
Spending time in our yard, front porch or swimming pool if you're lucky to have one is the best way to enjoy an effortless summer.
Well, you know me... I can't stay away from a few DIY's and maybe you can also set time apart for crafting! This pretty votive set might be the little project for you this Summer.
I have enjoyed my cute votive set while alfresco dining here in my backyard. It makes the entire setting so much more special. However, the main intention when crafting these votive sets was to gift them to some of my friends. A very pretty and economical summer gift!
Big thanks to Doreen at Hymns & Verses for organizing this group.
In today's posts Doreen tells you exactly how to prune a weeping cherry tree, Lori gives you all the details on how to make an easy gazebo sun shade, Laura shares the tutorial on how to build a poolside towel holder, Christy gives us a tour of her beautiful front porch in its best patriotic attire and I give you complete details on how to turn a few clear glass jars and some scrap pieces of wood into a cute coastal votive gift set.
