Welcome to day five of the 12 Days of Christmas Ornaments event!
I have to tell you, this has been lots of work.
I usually post twice a week, and here I am posting every day for 12 consecutive days.
Yeah, crazy!
But, it's been definitely lots of fun.
I would love to keep on doing this. Really!
However, I might need someone to do the cleaning, cooking, and errands around the house. ;)
hmm, that's not gonna happen anytime soon.
Anyway, the idea for today's project came after finding the beaded fringe or trim buried with all the holiday crafts. The fringe was given to me by my Sister-in-law last year when we visited her. It was a remnant piece I couldn't refuse, I thought the beads were so pretty. I took it home with other knit gnats and since I didn't have anything in mind, it was stored away, well, until now. ;)

The materials you'll need:
- Beaded fringe (It's usually used to decorate curtains, lamp shades or the like)
- Wire hanger
- Flat and needle nose pliers
- Cone shape
- Hot glue gun
- Ribbon
Instructions:
Undo the hanger and using flat pliers cut sections of about 12". (I created three different sizes 12, 10, and 8 inches)
Use a cone shape to turn the wire around it.
At the top, using the needle nose pliers, make a little loop from where to hang the little trees.
The final part is to hot glue the fringe. Apply the glue to the wire and wrap the fringe ribbon around it, beginning at the bottom and working to the top.
An easy project with lots of sparkle!
