Hey, what better way to utilize these remnants than during another Christmas project!
The triangles I had were 7" x 5". You can create the same type of fabric triangle without sewing it, you just need to make a cone and glue it on the back. Perhaps a nice paper can also be used.
The lower part of the gown got a fun wavy line, and at the top, a little cut was done.
Bring the pipe cleaner through the hole and glue the folded string or ribbon onto the pipe cleaner at about 4" from the top.

Pass the wooden head through both, the pipe cleaner and the folded string.
Create the circular shape for the halo and insert the end of the pipe cleaner into the hole, securing it with hot glue.
Give the wired ribbon a slanted cut on each end.
Give the wired ribbon a slanted cut on each end.
Apply a little line of glue on the back of the angel and attach the ribbon by pinching its center.
The pipe cleaner on the underside (sorry about that Mrs. Angel), can be looped around to keep the dress in shape.
Easy, right!
